The other day I was trying to find out some SD Card information on my HTC Wildfire S, such as the CID, MID and so on. I searched around and couldn't find anything useful except long scripts and coding. Luckily, I found a cool little Android Application called SD Tools . It did what I wanted in a matter of seconds, apposed to the time taken to do coding. SD Tools is a free android application that lets you view your CID, MID, OEMID and many more features such as benchmarking, name, date and storage space. Using the serial number, MID, OEMID you can check if that new SD Card you got off the market is fake. If your SD was fake, it could lose your files, so SD Tools is great for telling if you were ripped off. You can also benchmark the read and write speeds on your SD Card, so if you had multiple SD Cards you could use the fastest one for transfering movies, the second fastest for music, the slowest for photos and so on.
